Získávání a výběr zaměstnanců v organizaci / Employee Recruitment and Selection in an Organization

Bakalářská práce zkoumá proces získávání a výběru pracovníků ve společnosti Klikpojisteni.cz, a.s. Cílem práce je posoudit použité metody, určit možné problémy a navrhnout vhodná řešení. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část vymezuje proces, zdroje, kritéria a metody získávání a výběru zaměstnanců. Praktická část představuje vybranou společnost, analyzuje proces získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve společnosti a navrhuje doporuče-ní na zkvalitnění tohoto procesu. / The bachelor’s thesis examines the process of recruitment and se-lection of workers in the company Klikpojisteni.cz, a.s. The aim of this work is to assess the methods used, identify possible problems and propose suitable solutions. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part defines the process of recruitment and selection of workers, and methods that can be used. The practical part introduces the company, analyses the process of recruitment and selection of workers in the company and at the end of the work there are suggested recommendations to improve this process.
