The results are reported of a series of 6 cases of tubal reanastomosis by controlled scarring. 5 procedures were performed for repermeabilization after tubal ligation, and 1 for extrauterine pregnancy. 6 pregnancies ensued, of which 4 were carried to term with birth of normal infants. 1 pregnancy was spontaneously aborted after 2.5 months, and the final patient is currently pregnant, 2 years after the operation. The simple and rapid technique thus gave 100% results, both anatomically and functionally.
