組織知識文化診斷之探討---以中鋼公司為例 / A Study on the Organization Knowledge Culture Diagnosis--- based on the case of CSC

Abstract

[[abstract]]組織知識文化如何從A到A+,如何透過學習與分享知識,發展成為學習型組織,創造企業核心價值,這些都是企業在知識文化中最迫切想達到的目標。知識是企業價值的所在,但隱藏在個人的內隱知識,若無法轉換為組織知識,則知識將隨著人員的離退而失傳,造成公司無形的資產損失。如何有效的解決問題,進而將知識作為企業的生產與生財工具,能朝向學習型組織文化的目標邁進。 如何來洞悉組織知識文化的現況,以焦點診斷的方式來做為對組織知識管理的現狀分析,開放性的組織知識文化,有助於鼓勵真誠而直接的溝通。另外如果能再透過資訊結構的妥善規劃,知識才能透過數位化的轉換而容易傳承與吸收。知識管理大師--賴瑞普賽克(Dr Prusak)曾經提出第二代知識管理的新思維,他特別強調:「文件不會改變人們的行為,最好的知識管理方式是透過組織內非正式人際網絡面對面的溝通,由觀察及調整中學習,亦即要盡可能的與越多人發生連繫,讓所有人有時間、機會彼此交流(推動知識社群),所創造的價值及報酬率遠比想捕捉人們腦袋裡的東西(建立知識庫)報酬率更高。」 由此可知企業用知識管理的方式儲存員工的智慧與經驗,累積成公司的知識資產,形成一種知識文化,做為未來企業人員新陳代謝時,縮短新進人員學習時間,能在短時間發揮工作績效,使企業的競爭力持續保持優勢,創造企業永續價值。 / [[abstract]]How to transfer the organization knowledge culture from A to A+ how to develop the learning organization by knowledge sharing how to generate the core value of enterprise? These are the important goals which organizations wish to achieve Knowledge is the important asset; however if the implicit knowledge of the personnel can not be transferred as organizational knowledge the fore one will vanish by the resignations which result in loss of invisible assets To prevent such loss so as to enhance the personnel knowledge to company’s productive instrument will help organization to develop learning culture To grasp the current picture of organization knowledge culture we use 'diagnostic focuses ' to analyze the present organization knowledge culture An opening knowledge culture can assist the sincere and direct communication within organization Through the well-planning information structure Knowledge can re-transmit and absorb easily by digital conversion The master of knowledge manger Dr Prusak mentioned the new thinking for the second generation of knowledge management “Documents won't change human behavior The best way of knowledge management is through face to face communication within social organization During the communication everyone has time and opportunities to learn from each other” The organization use the knowledge management to accumulate the experiences and wisdom of personnel and transfer them to be company knowledge assets further develop them to be knowledge culture Such culture will help the new employee to accommodating the working environment effectively therefore to enhance their working performance to maintain organization’s competitiveness so as to generate organization’s core value
