Abstract

In this article, Novakovsky and Sasaki et al. identified small molecules that can induce stem cell differentiation toward definitive endoderm in the absence of growth factors. One of these chemicals was found to potentially inhibit the MYC pathway. The computational pipeline can be used for the identification of compounds for other differentiation targets.
