Abstract

Summary: Expression level modulation of the core paraspeckle protein SFPQ regulates sense and antisense RNA foci and dipeptide repeat protein accumulation in the C9orf72 mutation; SFPQ could be a therapeutic target in C9orf72 ALS and FTD.
