External urethral sphincter deficiency after bilateral pudendal nerve axotomy demonstrates the primacy of the pudendal nerve in the innervation of the external urethral sphincter. We were able to rehabilitate external urethral sphincter function by performing pudendal nerve end-to-end anastomosis.
