Abstract

Purpose INTERMACS data shows that few non-inotrope dependent (NID) patients (pts) with advanced heart failure (HF) are referred for Left Ventricular Assist Devices (LVAD) as Destination Therapy (DT). We sought to understand if there was consensus amongst experts with regards to referral of NID HF pts for DT.
