Abstract

• A feeding trial was conducted where gilts consumed varying amounts of zearalenone. • Zearalenone was found in the anterior vagina, posterior vagina, cervix, and ovaries. • Zearalenone concentrations were highest in the cervix. • Zearalenone and alpha-zearalenol were found in the liver.
