A piece by Pina BauschPina Bausch’s piece, Café Müller, in which the point of departure is the association the choreographer makes between “movement, feeling and touch”, a relationship which finds multiple expression in the piece: the “trial and error” movements of performers, the way they touch each other’s bodies in the relations they entertain, the role of objects in the moving set with which they enter into contact, the unique construction of a space “relating to the body”, the search for a feeling defined by Pina Bausch as the point where to touch and to be ‘touched’ meet; giving this expression of the soul bodily and spatial form.
