Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to analyze the forms of mobilization undertaken by organized segments of the quilombolas communities in Maranhão. Therefore, it travels up the first actions of the contemporary black movement through the CCN in work with communities in Maranhão rural areas, as well as the specific guarantee of rights enshrined by the conquest of Article 68 of ADCT present in the New Charter. The emergency process focuses in its own social movement of the quilombolas communities, formed by multifaceted strategies and defense demands, either through the actions of ACONERUQ, either through MOQUIBOM. Thus, there were ethnographies in small meetings and decision spaces and collective protests and public acts of quilombo communities, emphasizing consensus building, as well as in political readings differentiated the agency of the duties imposed.
