Probing the AU Microscopii Debris Disk at Close Separations with the Gemini Planet Imager

Abstract

We present Gemini Planet Imager (GPI) observations of AU Microscopii, a 10-20 Myr old star with a previously imaged debris disk. The data was taken during the commissioning of GPI using both integral field spectroscopy and broadband imaging polarimetry. Using our integral field spectroscopy data, we present constraints on the mass of possible planets around AU Microscopii.
