小児原発性睾丸淋巴肉腫の1例 / Primary lymphosarcoma of the testis in children : report of a case and review of the literature

Primary or secondary lymphosarcoma of the testis is a r are condition, and especially primary one that is found in chilidren is extremely uncommon. A 14—year-old boy suffering from lymphosarcoma with only manifestation of primary testicular tumor is reported. Bilateral orchiect o my and 60Co irradiation were performed on this patient without recurrence for two months until he developed generalized lymphosarcomatosis. In reviewing the literatures, the reports of only 11 ca s e s with primary and secondary testicular lymphosarcomas in children including our case were found in the world.
