Parapelvic Cyst (1症例並びに文献的考察) / Parapelvic cyst

This report deals with a case presentation of p arapelvic cyst arisen in a 63-year-old man and a review of 24 clinical cases reported. He was admitted to our Hospital on Oct. 14, 1964 with urinary disturbances. Intravenous pyelogram showed compression and displacement of the right renal pelvis. Renal tumor or cyst was suspected and nephrectomy was performed on Oct. 30, 1964. In the kidney, we discovered parapelvic cyst, 6 x5 x3.5 cm in size (Fig. 3). This is the 4th case of parapelvic cyst in Japan. Twenty-four clinical cases of parapelvic cyst, including o ur case, have been reviewed.
