Abstract

B ligand, Dickkopf-related protein 1, and joint osteoclast area. Osteostatin improves arthritis and controls bone loss by inhibiting immune activation, pro-inflammatory cytokines, and osteoclastogenesis. Our results support the interest of osteostatin for the treatment of inflammatory joint conditions.
