Abstract

• Granulomatous mastitis is a rare challenging condition. • Up to now, there isn’t a commonly recommended therapeutic strategy. • Relapse rate is high with an unsatisfactory cosmetic outcome. • Oncoplastic surgery may provide cosmetic result with low relapse rate.
