O ensino de espanhol em um curso de letras EaD: uma análise a partir da perspectiva da interculturalidade

Abstract
Abstract : With the aims to discussing the intercultural approach treatment and/or potencialities, this study, linked to Applied Linguistics, analyzes three of the eight disciplines of the Spanish Language of the Spanish Language Course Distance education, 2º edition, of the Santa Catarina Federal University. Starting at digital materials collected and those menu disciplines in the virtual environment of each one, and following a methodology of qualitative basis, the analysis was around of three questions: (i) Which for a intercultural approach didactics propositions and/or potentialities are observed in the Spanish Language Disciplines? (ii) How, or could, it be happening the language and culture articulation in this course context? (iii) Which cultural representations, stereotyped or not, predominate over the speaking-Spanish countries? this research indicate that Spanish Language IV and Spanish Language VIII disciplines, even though they have more rigid syllabus, offer intercultural activities explicitly, as long Spanish Language I, with more malleable syllabus, presents just activities with such aproach potential. It also shows that there is an engagement in the three disciplines in to present the language in its social use, but the culture relationship is only more evident in the IV and VIII discipline activities. Regarding cultural representations, indicates that cultural national representations predominance in Discipline I, which brings: The salsa as rhythm cuban, Flamenco of Spain and Tango of Argentina; the "dead's day" as the popular festival in Mexico, and the Carnaval in the Bolívia Oruro; The Pascoa island in Chile and Machu Picchu in Peru representing the Cultural Turism of these countries; and Fernando Botero and Eduardo Galeno as biggest names in colombian and Uruguayan art and literature, respectively.
