Abstract

This is the first known report of intraosseous angiolipoma of the cranium. Angiolipomas are rare, benign, slow-growing tumors with an excellent prognosis. On preoperative neuroimaging, they may mimic intraosseous angiomas, lipomas, or intraosseous meningiomas. Total resection is curative.
