Abstract

Questions related to determining the conditions that characterize the efficiency of the process of low-temperature fractionating in the packed column of a low-output air separation plant functioning in a high-pressure cycle are considered. Special attention is devoted to the development of an algorithm for finding the optimal parameters of the course of the fractionating process with given initial conditions that assure maximal intensification of heat and mass exchange in a contact device.
