Abstract

In this ex vivo study, radiation dose could be reduced by 80% for coronary calcium scoring. Iterative reconstruction resulted in a trend towards lower Agatston scores and calcification volumes. Caution should be taken for coronary calcium scoring with iterative reconstruction.
