For the past few years many countries worldwide have been faced with varying degrees of economic recession. This significant decrease in circulating finances and rising unemployment has affected the lifestyle choices of many people. Unfortunately, dental treatment and payment of such has dropped to the bottom of the list for many. Dental receptionists are faced with the responsibility of collecting fees from patients whose financial priorities may not always include dentistry.
