Abstract
En médecine générale, les problèmes pris en charge sont extrêmement variés, et les besoins d informations particulièrement vastes. Trouver les réponses aux questions cliniques, et des informations de bon niveau de preuves pour appuyer ses décisions reste souvent difficile pour le praticien. L Internet est un outil de recherche documentaire pertinent. Notre travail visait à identifier les obstacles et les facteurs facilitant son utilisation pour la recherche documentaire pour la pratique clinique. Nous avons mené une revue de la littérature et une enquête par questionnaire auprès de généralistes exerçant en France. Les obstacles ou facteurs facilitant peuvent être liés au médecin, aux conditions d exercice, à la technologie, ou aux informations. Ces résultats pourraient être utiles pour développer l utilisation de l Internet comme outil de recherche documentaire, et aider les médecins généralistes à mieux satisfaire leurs besoins d informations. / In general practice, the clinical problems encountered and the information needs are substantial. Finding answers to clinical questions, and evidence-based information to support clinical decisions remains often a difficult task for the general practitioner. The internet is a relevant tool for information retrieval. The aim of our study was to identify the obstacles and faciliting factors to the use of the internet for information retrieval purposes, in clinical practice. We conducted a literature review and a questionnaire survey among general practitioners, in France. The obstacles and faciliting factors can be related to the practitioner themself, to the practice conditions, to the technology, or to the information.
