Abstract
Předmětem bakalářské práce je fyzioterapie polymorbidního pacienta s totální endoprotézou loketního kloubu pro suprakondylickou frakturu levého humeru v patologickém terénu. Dále byla pacientovi diagnostikována Parkinsonova choroba, hypertenze, inkontinence a Ollierova choroba. Teoretická část se zabývá anatomií a kineziologií loketního kloubu. Dále se věnuje historii náhrad loketního kloubu, definuje indikace a kontraindikace, popisuje typy totálních endoprotéz, popisuje přidružené choroby a omezení pacienta a poslední část shrnuje možnosti rehabilitace. V metodické části jsou popisovány fyzioterapeutické postupy a vyšetření, které byly v průběhu terapie využity. Ve speciální části je zpracována kazuistika konkrétního pacienta, jeho podrobná anamnéza, vstupní a výstupní vyšetření, popsané jednotlivé terapeutické jednotky a následně zhodnocený efekt terapie. Bakalářskou práci zakončuje diskuze a závěr, které zhodnocují fyzioterapii po totálních endoprotézách loketního kloubu. Výsledky ukázaly, že fyzioterapie přinesla celkové zlepšení stavu pacienta. V oblasti loketního kloubu došlo ke zvýšení pohyblivost a funkčnosti. Zlepšila se jemná motorika a došlo ke zmírnění příznaků inkontinence moči. / The subject of the bachelor thesis is the physiotherapy of a polymorbid patient with total elbow arthroplasty for supracondylar fracture of the left humerus in a pathological field. The patient was also diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, hypertension, incontinence and Ollier's disease. The theoretical part deals with the anatomy and kinesiology of an elbow joint. It also discusses the history of elbow joint replacement, defines indications and contraindications, describes types of total joint replacement, associated diseases and limitations of the patient, and the last section summarizes rehabilitation options. The methodology chapter describes the physiotherapy procedures and examinations that were used in the course of therapy. In the special section, a case report of a specific patient, his detailed history, initial and final examinations, description of individual therapeutic units and subsequent evaluation of the effect of therapy are presented. The bachelor thesis ends with discussion and conclusion chapters, which evaluate the physiotherapy after total elbow arthroplasty. The results showed that the physiotherapy resulted in an overall improvement in the patient's condition. In the elbow joint area, th eincreased mobility and function. Fine motor skills improved and there was urinary incontinence symptoms were alleviated.
