Abstract
[[abstract]]「e-learning(數位學習)」為自主性的學習模式,學習者必需較傳統面對面的學習者具有更高的堅持度。因此,使用者對課程的堅持度,亦即使用者對系統的持續使用,將是「e-learning」成功與否的關鍵所在。本研究以期望確認理論(Expectation Confirmation Theory, ECT)為理論基礎,提出整合創新特質、使用者特質和組織特質的研究模型,據以瞭解影響「e-learning持續使用意願」的因素。 本研究以問卷調查法進行模型與假說驗證,研究對象為台電公司興達發電廠員工。樣本選取採用分層隨機抽樣,計回收有效問卷229份,有效回收率為91.60%;採用迴歸模式進行實證資料分析,分析結果均傾向於支持本研究所提出之假說,本研究遂歸納出五項研究發現:1.「確認」程度對「創新特質」具有顯著影響。2.「確認」程度對使用者「e-learning滿意度」具有正向顯著影響。3.「使用者特質」、「創新特質」和「組織特質」對使用者「e-learning滿意度」具有顯著影響。4.「使用者特質」、「創新特質」和「組織特質」對「e-learning持續使用意願」具有顯著影響。5.使用者「e-learning滿意度」對「e-learning持續使用意願」具有正向顯著影響。最後,根據研究結果提出實務面建議,以為企業在推動e-learning過程中改進參酌之用。 / [[abstract]]Persistence in e-learning programs can be significantly lower than that of traditional face-to-face programs. Learners’ continuous usage of the system will be the key determinant of the success. Base on the Expectation Confirmation Theory,this study proposes a integrated model in the context of an e-learning system. The proposed model integrated innovation characteristics as well as users and organizational characteristics cited in the research literature. The purpose of this study would be to understand the factors affecting e-learning continuance intention, and improve the actual usage. A survey research technique is conducted to test the model and hypotheses of this study. In this study stratified random sampling is recommended, data was collected from 229 employees of Taipower Company Hsinta Power Station (a net reponse rate of 91.60%). Data analysis for this study was performed through regression analysis. This study concludes five main results with using e-learning: 1.Expectation confirmation has significant effect on innovation characterists. 2. Expectation confirmation has a positive effect on e-learning satisfaction. 3. Users characteristics, innovation characteristics, and organizational characteristics has significant effect on e-learning satisfaction. 4. Users characteristics, innovation characteristics, and organizational characteristics has significant effect on users’ continuance intention. Finally, users’ satisfaction of e-learning has positive significant on users’ continuance intention. On the whole, most of hypotheses were supported. Implications are also provided.
