Following graduation thesis is dealing with stress loading of the workers in the customer care department in a telecommunication company. In the first part there are basic terms concerning stress, stress and health condition, ways of stress management and stress prevention. Further the first part is focusing on working stress. The second part of my thesis deals with questionnaire evaluation, with was carried in customer care department and its aim was to find out, to what extend are the employees burdened with stress. Also working stressors have been researched and addictions among operators, administrative workers and their seniors. In case of addiction its power has been measured.
