Reino Randall was born on July 14, 1911 in Eckville, Alberta, Canada to Charles and Amanda Randall. As a small boy, Reino moved with his family to Rainier, Washington. He came to the Washington State Normal School in Ellensburg, Washington in 1928 from which he graduated in 1934. Reino taught school in Wapato, Washington for two years before he attended Columbia University in New York City earning a Master of Arts Degree. In 1938, he became an art instructor at Central Washington College of Education in Ellensburg. Reino married Naomi Edwards in 1938. He taught at the university in Ellensburg for 38 years. Reino and Naomi moved to San Jose, California where he died on July 10, 1997 at the age of 85 years.
