Syftet med att skriva denna vetenskapliga essä var att få en djupare förståelse för samverkan mellan klasslärare och fritidshemslärare. Detta är en viktig fråga att utforska då fritidshemmet fick ett nytt kapitel i läroplanen. Undervisningen i fritidshemmet skall komplettera skolan och även utifrån varje elevs enskilda behov, ge en meningsfull fritid samt lärande. Dessa dilemman utgår från vår erfarenhet inom yrket. Idag sker samverkan mellan parterna i huvudsak utifrån klasslärarens behov vilket är ett vanligt inslag i det dagliga arbetet. I denna essä beskrivs situationer där samverkan mellan klasslärare och fritidshemslärare brister. Detta eftersom arbetsbeskrivningen samt uppfattningen av arbetet är bristfällig i sin utformning. Vi har i denna undersökning valt att använda hermeneutik och även praktisk kunskapsteori. Hermeneutik kan beskrivas som en tolkningslära och är en vetenskaplig inriktning som användes som ett verktyg för förståelse tillsammans med praktiska kunskaper och erfarenheter. I denna essä utforskar vi hur fritidhemslärare kan förstå vilka förutsättningar som existerar för att nå en godtagbar samverkan mellan klasslärare och fritidshemslärare. Dessa reflektioner är också av stor betydelse där våra dilemman har setts utifrån flera perspektiv, olika forskares beskrivningar om samverkan samt de frågeställningar denna essä grundar sig i. Resultatet är en större förståelse för klasslärarnas syn på fritidshemslärare och att ansvaret för samverkan inte bara kan vila på pedagogerna. Samverkansfrågan måste också diskuteras på högre nivå av rektorer, huvudman och även på politisk nivå. Vi anser att det är av stor vikt att belysa dessa frågor för att skapa en bättre samverkan. / A scientific essay on the collaboration between classroom teachers and after school care teachers. The purpose of writing this scientific essay was to gain and a deeper understanding of the interaction between classroom teachers and after school-care teachers. This is an important issue to explore since the after school-care received a new chapter in the curriculum. Teaching in the after school-care should complement the school's teachings, it should also be based on each individual, the individual's requirements to construct a meaningful after school-activity time and learning. These dilemmas are based on experience in the profession, today the collaboration between the parties is mainly based on the needs of the classroom teacher, which is a common element in daily operations. In this essay, the situations where collaboration between classroom teachers and after school-care teachers fail are described. This due to the job description and the perception of the work are flawed in their design. In the theoretical approach, this essay shows the usage of a hermeneutic approach and the theory of practical knowledge. Hermeneutics can be described as an interpretive theory and is a scientific approach that is used as a tool to understand, together with practical knowledge and experience. This essay explorers how after school-care teachers can understand the conditions that exist to reach acceptable collaboration between classroom teachers and after school-care teachers. These reflections are also of great importance where the dilemma has been observed from multiple perspectives, different research descriptions on collaboration, their views have created more insight on the topic and themes that this essay is based on. The result is a greater understanding of the classroom teacher's view of after school-care teachers based on these dilemmas, the issues, other perspectives and that the responsibility of collaboration cannot just rest on the educator. The issue of collaboration requires furthermore to be discussed at higher levels by the principal, the governing body and also where it is politicians are involved. We believe it is very important to highlight these issues to create and improve collaboration.
