Fluothane全身麻酔の腎に及ぼす影響 / Effects on the kidney of the general anesthesia with fluothane

Effect of the Fluothane anesthesia on the renal function was stud i e d on the urine flow rate, urine and serum osmotic pressure, endCcreat, Cosm, CH2O, CNa, CK and urine K/Na ratio as its indicators. Following the anesthesia, decreases in the urine flow rate, serum osmotic pressure, endCcreat, CH2O and CNa were observed, and increases in the urine osmotic pressure and urine K/Na ratio were demonstrated. In particularlly, trend in the secretion of ADH and aldosterone was estimated by the changes of CH2O and urine K/Na ratio. The influence of depth of the anethesia was also added in consideration
