Abstract

The overexpression of Osx promotes the mechanical stress-induced osteogenic differentiation of human periodontal ligament cells. Osx may be essential for mechanical stress-induced differentiation of human periodontal ligament cells to osteoblas tic-like cells and be involved in orthodontic osteogenic remodeling.
