Abstract

Transcription of a communication from the Supreme Government of the State praising recent actions taken to sustain a local garrison: “…because of those measures the public peace was never threatened, nor was your authority, and neither did the honorable citizenry take part in some revolutionary movements that can and must be considered the worst of criminal acts.” 3 pp.
