Abstract

Abstract A method which uses microquantities of reagents is described for detection of agglutinating leukocyte antibodies. The leukocyte preparations are devoid of platelets, and have little red cell contamination. Both serum and plasma can be used as the source of antibody. Leukocyte antibodies, particularly those specific for neutrophils, are detected by this method.
