Abstract

Damian Sanders has admitted to fatally shooting Ball State University student Karl Harford in spring 2004. Sanders was given the maximum sentence of 85 years in prison.; The newly-formed City-County Council for People with Disabilities hopes to improve transportation, accessibility, and employment opportunities for persons with disabilities in Muncie, Indiana and Delaware County, Indiana.; Mutual Federal Savings Bank of Muncie, Indiana hopes to purchase Fidelity Federal Savings Bank of Marion, Indiana. The proposed sale awaits approval by federal regulators.; The rising price of natural gas will require the average farmer in east-central Indiana to pay $10,000 more in production costs in 2005 than they did in 2004, according to local farmers.; A local high school student has been picked to direct a portion of a television program shown daily in high schools nationwide.
