Abstract

Abstract The viscosity of solutions of seven euglobulins has been determined at different concentrations; five of these are correlated with ultracentrifuge measurements. The effect of pH on the viscosity of globulin solutions has been determined. Treatment of a macroglobulin solution with mercaptoethanol lowered its viscosity.
