This research is a correlational research that uses quantitative research design. This study aims to determine the relationship that exists between a sense of gratitude to the commitment of the organization. Gratitude is received with blessings for all the blessings given him, always able to take lessons from the events that happened to him and always bertawakkal to Allah SWT. While organizational commitment is employee acceptance of the values and goals of the organization, feel obligated and willing to engage in efforts to achieve the vision, mission and objectives of the enterprise and have a desire to remain in the organization. The subjects used in this study were 100 employees PG Kebon Agung that has been selected namely employees who have worked at least for 3 years and is a permanent employee. This is adjusted with a purposive sampling technique. Scale gratitude and organizational commitment was tested on 40 employees, and then the resulting data were analyzed using SPSS version 12.00. From the analysis obtained 31 valid items from the scale of sense of gratitude and 34 valid items from the scale of organizational commitment. Of the 100 employees who become subjects in this study, it can be concluded that 54 people have a high level of gratitude, while the rest are as many as 46 people a low level of gratitude. In addition, 55 people have a high commitment to the organization and the remaining 45 people have low commitment. This study indicates that gratitude has a contribution to organizational commitment of 56.3% (r2 = 0.563), p = 0.000, and the remaining 33.7% influenced by other factors not examined. Some data shows that between these two variables have a significant positive relationship.
