[ES] Este proyecto se basa en el desarrollo de una aplicación web de escritorio. Se trata de una aplicación para el intercambio de viviendas. La aplicación ofrece la posibilidad de ofertar tu vivienda, especificando sus características, consultar otras propiedades y enviar y recibir mensajes con otros usuarios para acordar el intercambio. El proceso de desarrollo de la aplicación se ha llevado a cabo en dos fases. Por un lado, tenemos el proceso de diseño centrado en el usuario y, por otra parte, se ha realizado el desarrollo e implementación de la aplicación. Para la realización de esta aplicación se han utilizado lenguajes como JAVA, HTML, XML, JDOQL y eclipse como entorno de desarrollo. / [EN] This project is based on the development of a desktop web application. It is an application for the exchange of homes. The application offers the possibility to offer your home, specify its characteristics, consult other properties and send and receive messages with other users to arrange the exchange. The process of developing the application has been carried out in two phases. On the one hand, we have the design process centered on the user and, on the other hand, the development and implementation of the application has been carried out.
