Abstract

Satisfaction is a feeling of pleasure or disappointment that someone receivedafter receiving the service. Scientific writing is titled Analysis Of CustomerSatisfaction In Health Service Hospital Ananda. Where in this analysis isdiscussed five dimensions of service quality determinants that influenceconsumers consisting of five dimensions of service quality determinants thatinfluence consumers consisting of the dimensions of reliability, responsiveness,assurance, empathy, and tangibility. By calculating chi square analysis, whichcan be from the fifth dimension in the value of chi squared table is 26.29. with95% confidence level, then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. So the consumer atthe Ananda Hospital was satisfied with the services provided.
