Abstract

Abstract Musculoskeletal disorders are infrequent complications of HIV infection in this country. However, AIDS patients are susceptible to a wide range of musculoskeletal complications, from the common to the otherwise uncommon. The following is a summary of some of the more frequently encountered musculoskeletal manifestations of these disorders within the HIV-positive community and their associated imaging characteristics.
