Abstract

Abstract The effectiveness of self-monitoring in the treatment of a 17-yr-old female's tics was evaluated using a modified, multiple baseline single-subject design. Self-monitoring was found to reduce both the frequency and intensity of the tics. The advantages of using self-monitoring are discussed.
