Abstract

The operative outcomes of 124 right lobe live donor liver transplantation recipients were prospectively evaluated. The actuarial graft and patient survival rates were 88% and 90%, respectively, with a median follow-up of 27 months. The operative and survival outcomes were not different from those of 56 patients who underwent cadaveric whole-graft liver transplantation during the same study period.
