Abstract

Abstract “Interaction” and “interactive systems” not only involve the computer but all the old inherent complexities when an abstracting and indexing service is relating with the users of these services. An attempt is made to clarify the kinds of interactions existing: between government and industrial services; between discipline- and project-oriented services; on a national versus international level; and between the user and the computer.
