Abstract

The authors propose a reflection on the phenomenon of parental alienation, from the dialog between the Law and Psychoanalysis. They address and discuss some aspects of the recent law sanctioned by the Presidency of the Republic, which aims to define what is parental alienation and establish measures to inhibit it, on the basis of listening to the affection involved between the ex-pair, hatred, jealousy and revenge.
