Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a great impact on university education in Algeria and France. The objective of this article is to understand the impact of exacerbated inequalities on students and their training. Our study will target three types of inequalities: economic resources, material resources and digital skills, according to the universities surveyed in two countries: Algeria and France. An online survey by questionnaire has allowed us to identify some very contrasting inequalities in the two countries and to show how they can affect distance and/or hybrid training. This identification then allows us to contrast the conditions of this type of training between and within the two target countries.
