Abstract

The more dynamic and unpredictable markets become, the more companies need new concepts and instruments for finding, evaluating and implementing successful product and service ideas. Corporate Innovation Labs can make a decisive contribution here - but only if they are meaningfully designed and implemented. This study develops the most important considerations based on a large number of successfully implemented innovation laboratories.
