Abstract

• Rates tailoring strategies for an online grief service for older mourners who lost their spouse via a Delphi study. • Presents a tailoring model including adaptations that impact the selection, order, and approach of intervention topics. • Tailoring an online grief service can be one-time as well as consisting of dynamic adjustments. • Ranks user parameters to inform a mental health user profile. • The ranking can inform user profiles aiming to guide users of an online grief service to offline support.
