Yüklenici İnşaat Firmalarında Malzeme Yönetimi Enformasyon Sistemi Kavramsal Boyutta Analizi Ve Bir Model Önerisi / The Conceptual Analysis Of Materials Management Information Systems In Construction Firms And The Proposal Of A Model

Tez (Yüksek Lisans) -- İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi, Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü, 2001 / Thesis (M.Sc.) -- İstanbul Technical University, Institute of Science and Technology, 2001 / Bu çalışmada, yapım sürecinde gerçekleştirilen tüm işlevleri kapsayan genel bir yönetim enformasyon sistemi kapsamında malzeme yönetimi işlevinin ele alınmayışından doğan etkinsizliklerin giderilmesine yönelik olarak, bilgisayar destekli bir malzeme yönetimi enformasyon sisteminin kavramsal yapısı ortaya konmuştur. Bu ise, yapım sürecinde gerçekleştirilen tüm işlevleri ele alan bütünleşik bir yönetim enformasyon sistemine entegre edilerek yapılmıştır. Bu genel model kapsamında, malzeme yönetimi işlevinin diğer işlevlerle ilişkileri sağlanmıştır. Bu sistemi ortaya koyabilmek için, mevcut durumun eksiklikleri tesbit edilmiş, öncelikle akademik ortamda geliştirilen modeller, yüklenici firmaların kendileri için geliştirdikleri modeller ve çeşitli yazılım firmaları tarafından piyasaya sürülen modeller incelenmiştir. Bu modellerin büyük çoğunluğu, süreçte yer alan işlevlerin tümünü kapsamamakta, birkaçının entegrasyonunu sağlayıp, ileride diğer işlevlerin entegre edilebilmesine olanak sağlayacak bir strüktür ortaya koymaktadır. Malzeme Yönetimi işlevi süreçte yer alan diğer işlevlerle doğrudan ilişkili olduğundan, tüm işlevleri ele alan bütünleşik bir sistem içinde gerçekleştirilmelidir. Literatürde, yapım sürecinde gerçekleştirilen tüm işlevleri kapsayan tek model olarak Siste-3 Tübitak Modeli yer almaktadır. Bu tez çalışması kapsamında, tüm işlevleri ele alan genel bir enformasyon sistemi strüktürü ortaya koymak mümkün olmadığından, kavramsal yapısı oluşturulan malzeme yönetimi enformasyon sistemi modeli, Sistem-3 Tübitak modelinin bileşenleri ile gerekli kavramsal ilişkiler kurularak oluşturulmuştur. / In this study, the conceptual structure of a computer aided materials management system is developed to avoid all the inefficiencies appearing because of the lack of a materials management system which is developed within a general management information system covering all the functions in the construction process. This is realized by integrating all the subfunctions of materials management function into a general management information system which covers all the functions in the process as components. All the relationships of materials management function with the other functions within this general system is provided. In order to develop such a conceptual model, the lacking points of the current systems are determined, first of all the models developed academically, in-house developed models and the models developed by various software companies are analyzed. Most of these models don’t cover all the functions that take place in the construction process, they integrate some of the functions and provide a structure that allows future integration. Because of the fact that materials management is directly related to the other functions in the process, it must be considered as a component of an integrated system in order to avoid the inefficiencies. In literature, Sistem–3 Tübitak Model is the only model that covers all the functions that take place in the construction process. Because of the impossibility of developing such a model embracing all the functions in the process in the boundaries of this study, the conceptual model of a computer based materials management information system is constituted by forming all the necessary relationships with the components of Sistem-3 Tübitak Model. / Yüksek Lisans / M.Sc.
