Abstract

AbstractMathematical and computer semi-Markov models of operational reliability management in complex recoverable gas-analytical systems of chemical pollution monitoring were developed. The models are distinguished by taking into account the structural redundancy and the process of transition of states of elements of the system (faultless operation, diagnostics, and repair) to ensure emergency recovery by maintenance using spare parts, tools, and accessories. The developed semi-Markov model enables one to solve the problems of optimal management of the operational reliability of a wide range of complex recoverable chemical engineering systems by emergency recovery during operation, specifically, by optimization of the list and size of spare parts, tools, and accessories for replacement of failed elements.
