Comparison of obstetric outcomes in recipients of donor oocytes vs. women of advanced maternal age with autologous oocytes.

Women who conceive with donor oocytes might be at increased risk of complications during pregnancy. When age and multiple gestations are accounted for, these patients remain at risk for preterm labor, preeclampsia and protracted labor requiring cesarean delivery.
