Abstract

In the work, dynamic evolution equations for the total distortion tensor β V, its gradient Δβ V and abrupt changes (jumps) at polycrystal grain boundaries in fragmentation regions were derived in the correlation approximation. In the same approximation, an algorithm of elastic energy relaxation in polycrystals at the main stages of plastic deformation, including fragmentation, is considered.
