Abstract

Abstract A simple and fast procedure is described allowing the regeneration of Ge(Li) detectors remaining in the cryostat. The technique is suitable for the restoration of the detector properties after damage by fast neutrons or deterioration following a vacuum break-down or erroneous warming-up.
