John has been working in social research for the past eleven years specialising in the areas of further and higher education. Graham Keilloh is a Research Manager in Ipsos MORI’s Employment, Welfare and Skills research team. Graham has worked in social research for Ipsos MORI since 2003. Rachael Emmett is a Senior Research Executive specialising in Education and Skills research. Rachael graduated from the London School of Economics with a BSc in Social Policy with Government.
