Bachelor thesis describes the problem of communication strategies in the selected company. It consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part contains a general description of the communication, its forms, communication process, communication channels and the problems of external and internal communications. The practical part contains the research which was executed and consisted of an open observation of semi-structured interviews conducted with the management and employees of the company and from the analysis of documents. Based on the research certain deficiencies in internal communication were identified. Also scoring method was made and applied for monitoring criteria by which it was found that the internal communication of this company is on the good level. Founded deficiencies are described at the end of the work where recommendations are found to improve internal communications of all.
